In March 2012, Miguel Fernandez and his crew completed our Mission Viejo home remodel. The job consisted of a full remodel of the existing structure and added approximately 750 square feet to the house.
After interviewing contractors and architects we decided on DEB Customs because they are a full-service organization. Miguel is a skilled designer and builder. Miguel listened to our desire to keep the integrity of the Spanish style look of our home. He focused on the roof lines and the overall flow of the design. His design of our kitchen is spectacular- there hasn't been one person who sees it that doesn't rave.
He and his "team" offer a complete home remodel that begins with design to engineering and finally building. He offers the knowledge of skilled subcontractors which included everything from surveying to landscaping and everything in between.

Despite all my field changes, you and Gabriel "went with the flow" and got the job done quicker than we thought possible. I really appreciated the way your guys kept the job site clean and the mess of the addition separated from the existing house. Gabriel did a wonderful job matching the existing roof overhangs and fascia boards. He is a true craftsman. In fact, several people have commented that the addition blends with the existing style of the house so well that they can't tell where the original house ends and where the addition starts.
